Inside the ring, Brandon is often pegged as the underdog. Luckily, he’s never had a problem with that. In fact, it’s what keeps him motivated. Today, Brandon has fought on the national stage to broadcast audiences ten times. But in 2014, with only twelve pro fights under his belt and fewer still as an amateur, Brandon was the least experienced participant in his middleweight division for Boxcino tournament – part of ESPN’s “Friday Night Fights.” But that didn’t stop him from reaching the final against Willie Monroe Jr. in his first main event bout and his first headlining fight on national TV. Ultimately, Brandon lost in a unanimous decision; a result he chalks up as an opportunity to learn. It’s this willingness to learn and grow is what he’s able to draw from his clients. His secret sauce is his ability to push you to your edge but do it while you’re having fun. It’s a strategy that works well for Brandon because he “loves to help and teach people, as well as share the wealth of information he possesses about exercise and health.” Along with a getting the most out of you inside the Gloveworx studio, Brandon will share his holistic view of health and fitness that includes advice on diet, nutrition, sleeping habits and overall well-being.
